At DSAVAUP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact us at the details below. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Perishable goods
Digital products or downloadable software
Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange an exchange or replacement where appropriate.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
