Order Processing (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). You can use this to track the progress of your delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Delays & Lost Parcels
DSAVAUP is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
